Traceability: systematic, and available without asking

Every order ships with its declaration of conformity: origin of the piece, materials, production route. So far, standard regulation — the difference lies in accessibility. At many laboratories, retrieving the declaration for a piece seated eighteen months ago means a phone call, a reminder, and a document that arrives when it arrives.
